Terms of Service
These terms apply to every user of Buzz Studio (operated by Twomi PTE LTD) — creators, fans, and affiliates.
Account terms
You must be 18 or older to use Buzz Studio. Provide accurate information. Stripe Connect onboarding requires identity verification per regional law.
Content policy
All content is checked by Brand Guard + Persona Lock before publishing. Owners are responsible for content originality and may face account suspension for repeat violations (CSAM, doxxing, copyright infringement).
Payments
Platform fee: 20-30% of plan revenue depending on referrer attribution. Payouts via Stripe Connect Express on the 1st of each month for the previous calendar month's revenue. Bangladesh creators receive payouts via bKash (Phase 2).
Termination
You may close your account at any time. Buzz Studio may suspend accounts for ToS violations with 30-day notice (except for safety-critical violations, which are immediate). Subscription pro-rata refunds on closure.
Dispute resolution
Governing law: Republic of Singapore. Disputes resolved by Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC). EU users retain rights under GDPR; LATAM users retain rights under LGPD.
